این سند سیاست حریم خصوصی اپلیکیشن و سرویس NovaLink (با شناسه بسته com.dorna.vpn) توسعه‌داده‌شده توسط Peykan Technology را تشریح می‌کند. حفظ امنیت، شفافیت کامل و صیانت از آزادی دیجیتال کاربران، بالاترین اولویت ماست.

مطابق خط‌مشی‌های صریح Google Play Developer Policy در خصوص برنامه‌های VPN:
- کاربرد اصلی VpnService: هسته اصلی اپلیکیشن NovaLink بر پایه API استاندارد
android.net.VpnService اندروید پیاده‌سازی شده است. این دسترسی برای برقراری یک تونل شبکه ایمن، رمزنگاری‌شده و پایدار در سطح سیستم‌عامل ضروری است.
- رمزنگاری سرتاسری: کلیه ترافیک عبوری از طریق این تونل تا سرور پروکسی مقصد، با پروتکل‌های امن و مدرن نسل جدید (شامل VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, WireGuard و Hysteria2) رمزنگاری می‌شود تا امکان استراق سمع یا نفوذ در شبکه محلی و اینترنت عمومی به صفر برسد.
- سیاست قطعی عدم ذخیره لاگ (Strict No-Logs Policy): ما اکیداً متعهدیم که هیچ‌گونه تاریخچه مرور وب، آدرس‌های اینترنتی یا دامنه‌های بازدیدی، داده‌های پکت، و محتوای پرس‌وجوهای DNS را پایش، ثبت، ذخیره یا ارسال نکنیم.
۱. داده‌هایی که جمع‌آوری و پردازش می‌شوند
ما سیستم خود را به صورت «حداقل دریافت داده (Data Minimization)» مهندسی کرده‌ایم:
- شناسه تصادفی دستگاه (Device UUID): هنگام نخستین اجرای برنامه، یک شناسه UUID کاملاً تصادفی روی حافظه داخلی دستگاه ایجاد می‌شود. این شناسه به هیچ وجه به IMEI، آدرس مک کارت شبکه، شماره سریال یا شناسه تبلیغاتی گوگل (AAID) مرتبط نیست و صرفاً برای مدیریت سهمیه حجم و اعتبار زمانی اشتراک خریداری‌شده استفاده می‌شود.
- اطلاعات حساب وب‌سایت (کاملاً اختیاری): در صورتی که کاربر به صورت اختیاری در سایت حساب کاربری بسازد، آدرس ایمیل و نسخه هش‌شده یک‌طرفه رمز عبور (Hashed Password) ذخیره می‌شود. هیچ‌گاه رمز عبور به شکل متن ساده ثبت نمی‌شود.
- آمار کل مصرف ترافیک (Bandwidth Counter): صرفاً عدد کل بایت‌های ارسال و دریافت شده جهت محاسبه پایان حجم بسته در دیتابیس ثبت می‌شود؛ محتوای ترافیک و مقصد بسته‌ها هرگز ذخیره نمی‌شوند.
- اطلاعات پرداخت و سفارش: مبلغ، نوع پلن و وضعیت سفارش. کلیه پرداخت‌ها از طریق درگاه غیرمتمرکز ارز دیجیتال (OxaPay) انجام می‌پذیرد؛ NovaLink هیچ‌گونه دسترسی به کلیدهای خصوصی، موجودی یا اطلاعات کیف‌پول شما ندارد.
۲. داده‌هایی که هرگز جمع‌آوری نمی‌شوند
- محتوای وب‌سایت‌ها، پیام‌ها، فایل‌ها یا ترافیک اینترنت کاربر.
- تاریخچه مرورگر اینترنت (Browsing History).
- موقعیت مکانی دقیق یا تقریبی (GPS / Coarse Location).
- دسترسی به مخاطبین، عکس‌ها، میکروفون یا فایل‌های شخصی.
- هیچ‌گونه ردیاب رفتاری مخفی یا سیستم آنالیتیکس اختصاصی (مانند Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, یا Sentry در برنامه وجود ندارد).
۳. امنیت داده‌ها (Data Security)
کلیه ارتباطات شبکه بین اپلیکیشن، وب‌سایت و سرورهای بک‌اند از طریق پروتکل رمزنگاری استاندارد HTTPS (TLS 1.3) با گواهی معتبر صورت می‌گیرد. اطلاعات سرورها در دیتابیس ابری حفاظت‌شده میزبانی می‌شوند.
۴. سرویس‌های همکار و اشخاص ثالث
- Cloudflare Inc: جهت شبکه توزیع محتوا (CDN)، جلوگیری از حملات منع سرویس (DDoS) و میزبانی ابری ایمن APIها.
- OxaPay: پردازش امن تراکنش‌های مالی مبتنی بر رمزارزها.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): جهت نمایش بنرهای تبلیغاتی درون‌برنامه‌ای و تبلیغات بازگشایی اپلیکیشن (App Open Ads). شرکت گوگل ممکن است بر اساس خط‌مشی حریم خصوصی خود، از شناسه‌های استاندارد تبلیغاتی سیستم‌عامل (Google Advertising ID) جهت بهینه‌سازی و سنجش سلامت تبلیغات استفاده نماید. این فرآیند هیچ‌گونه دسترسی به ترافیک عبوری از VPN، سایت‌های بازدیدی یا محتوای رد و بدل شده ندارد. خط‌مشی حریم خصوصی گوگل.
۵. حق حذف حساب و اطلاعات کاربر
هر کاربری در هر زمان می‌تواند درخواست حذف دائم حساب کاربری، شناسه‌های دستگاه و سوابق اشتراک خود را ثبت نماید. این فرآیند از طریق ورود به حساب کاربری در صفحه اصلی سایت به صورت مستقیم و آنی قابل انجام است.
۶. حریم خصوصی کودکان
سرویس ما برای افراد زیر ۱۳ سال در نظر گرفته نشده است و ما آگاهانه داده‌های این افراد را جمع‌آوری نمی‌کنیم.

This Privacy Policy describes how NovaLink (application package: com.dorna.vpn), developed and operated by Peykan Technology, collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you use our Android application and website services. User security, digital freedom, and utmost transparency are our founding principles.

In accordance with Google Play Developer Program Policies concerning VPN applications:
- Core VpnService Purpose: NovaLink's primary function is built upon Android's native
android.net.VpnService API. This service is strictly required to establish a secure, encrypted virtual tunnel at the operating system level.
- End-to-End Encryption: All device network traffic passing through this tunnel to the destination proxy server is encrypted using industry-standard, high-grade cryptographic protocols (including VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, WireGuard, and Hysteria2) to protect users from eavesdropping and local network interception.
- Strict Zero-Logs Policy: We adhere to a strict no-logs policy. NovaLink does NOT monitor, record, inspect, collect, log, or sell any user browsing history, visited web domains, packet payload data, or DNS lookup queries.
1. Data We Collect and Process
We believe in strict Data Minimization:
- Pseudonymous Device Identifier (UUID): When you install and run NovaLink, a locally generated, random UUID is created on your device. This identifier is NOT tied to any hardware serial numbers, IMEI, MAC address, or Google Advertising ID (AAID). It is used solely to verify active subscription quotas (bandwidth allowance and expiry date) and to synchronize purchased configurations.
- Website Account Credentials (Optional): If you choose to register an account on our store website, we store your email address and a cryptographically salted/hashed password. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Bandwidth Usage Counters: Aggregate byte counters (total data uploaded and downloaded) are tracked solely to enforce purchased plan quotas. Packet payloads and destinations are never inspected or recorded.
- Order and Payment Records: Plan type, amount, and order status. Payments are processed through the decentralized cryptocurrency gateway OxaPay; NovaLink never accesses or stores your private wallet keys or credit card details.
2. Data We NEVER Collect
- Your internet browsing history, visited websites, or packet content.
- Your physical, precise, or coarse location (GPS or network-based).
- Your personal identity (full name, phone number, address).
- Access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or personal files.
- Behavioral tracking or third-party analytics SDKs (e.g. No Firebase Analytics, No Facebook SDK, No AppsFlyer, No Sentry).
3. Data Security Standards
All communications between the mobile application, web storefront, and backend APIs are protected using industry-standard HTTPS (TLS 1.3) encryption. Data is stored on secure, encrypted Cloudflare edge databases.
4. Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare Inc.: Content delivery network, edge compute, and DDoS mitigation.
- OxaPay: Cryptographic payment processing gateway.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): Used to deliver mobile advertising (in-app banner ads and app open ads). Google may process the device's Google Advertising ID (GAID) and crash/diagnostic metrics in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. 5. Account & Data Deletion Rights
Users have the full right to delete their account, registered email, device associations, and subscription records at any time. You can initiate this directly from your account dashboard on the website after signing in.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is not addressed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.

۱. شرح خدمات
اپلیکیشن NovaLink یک نرم‌افزار کلاینت جهت ایجاد تونل ارتباطی امن و مدیریت اتصال به سرورهای پروکسی و VPN است. این اپلیکیشن به کاربران امکان می‌دهد کانفیگ‌های شخصی خود را وارد کنند یا از پلن‌های اشتراکی بهینه‌سازی‌شده استفاده نمایند.
۲. سیاست استفاده مجاز (Acceptable Use Policy)
استفاده از شبکه و خدمات NovaLink صرفاً جهت مقاصد قانونی و حفاظت از حریم شخصی مجاز است. هرگونه استفاده از سرویس جهت موارد زیر اکیداً ممنوع بوده و منجر به انسداد حساب می‌گردد:
- هرگونه حمله سایبری، نفوذ غیرمجاز، اسکن پورت‌ها یا حملات منع سرویس (DDoS).
- تولید، میزبانی، انتقال یا توزیع بدافزارها، تروجان‌ها و باج‌افزارها.
- ارسال هرزنامه‌های انبوه ناخواسته (SPAM).
- نقض حقوق مالکیت معنوی، کپی‌رایت یا علائم تجاری اشخاص ثالث.
- هرگونه اقدام به دستکاری یا حمله به زیرساخت‌ها و سرورهای NovaLink.
۳. حساب‌های کاربری و اشتراک‌ها
- سقف ترافیک و مدت زمان: هر پلن شامل حجم ترافیک مشخص و بازه انقضای معین است. با پایان یافتن هر یک از این دو مورد، سرویس تا زمان تمدید غیرفعال می‌گردد.
- تراکنش‌ها: پرداخت‌ها از طریق رمزارز نهایی و غیرقابل بازگشت پس از تایید شبکه بلاک‌چین هستند. در صورت بروز هرگونه مغایرت فنی در پردازش، پشتیبانی NovaLink موظف به پیگیری است.
- استفاده منصفانه: اشتراک‌ها دارای سقف اتصال همزمان مشخص بر اساس نوع پلن هستند تا ثبات کیفیت شبکه برای تمامی کاربران حفظ شود.
۴. سلب مسئولیت و عدم ضمانت مطلق (Disclaimer)
خدمات نرم‌افزاری بر پایه اصل «همان‌گونه که هست (As-Is)» و «بر اساس دسترسی موجود» ارائه می‌شوند. تیم توسعه همواره در تلاش است بهترین و پایدارترین مسیرهای ارتباطی را فراهم کند؛ با این حال به دلیل ذات متغیر شبکه‌های اینترنت بین‌المللی، فیلترینگ و اختلالات زیرساخت ارائه‌دهندگان اینترنت (ISP)، امکان ضمانت ۱۰۰ درصدی آپ‌تایم وجود ندارد.
۵. محدودیت مسئولیت
نوا‌لینک هیچ‌گونه مسئولیتی در قبال خسارات غیرمستقیم، حاشیه‌ای یا از دست رفتن داده‌ها ناشی از قطع موقت ارتباط یا عملکرد نادرست اپراتورها نخواهد داشت.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the NovaLink software application or website services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of Service
NovaLink provides client software for secure networking and encrypted proxy/VPN tunneling, as well as managed subscription proxy tiers designed to safeguard user privacy against network surveillance.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use NovaLink solely for legitimate, lawful privacy protection. You shall NOT use our service to:
- Engage in any cyberattacks, port scanning, unauthorized vulnerability testing, or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
- Host, distribute, or propagate computer viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial bulk email (spam).
- Infringe upon intellectual property, copyright, patent, or trademark rights of any third party.
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or bypass NovaLink network servers and infrastructure.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Plan Quotas: Each plan is defined by a data volume allowance (e.g. 50GB) and a validity duration (e.g. 30 days). The subscription expires when either condition is met.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Crypto payments are non-refundable once verified and confirmed on the blockchain. For any payment discrepancy, contact support with the transaction hash.
- Fair Usage: Subscriptions include defined concurrent connection allowances to maintain optimal network quality for all subscribers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While NovaLink employs cutting-edge anti-censorship protocols, we do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted due to varying internet service provider restrictions and regional filtering policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NovaLink or Peykan Technology be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
